Your time is important, so at Mercedes-Benz Southport we offer express kiosk check-in and check-out at our Mercedes-Benz Southport service department.

Like an airline kioskexperience, you can check-in from home the night before. Then drop your keys via the self-service kiosk at our Service Department and off you go. Check-in takes under 2 minutes, and you can do it from anywhere. Check-in, park, drop during our peak service periods andskip the queue.

The night before your service appointment, you will receive an SMS from Mercedes-Benz Southport with the ‘check in from home’ option.

Follow the link to start check in, answer the questions including your preferred contactmethod and service appointment details. Simply sign to complete your check in and you’reready to drop off your Mercedes-Benz.

When you arrive at Mercedes-Benz Southport, park in the designated numbered bays, andfollow the signage to our Express Kiosks.

At the kiosk, select ‘check in’, enter your details including mobile number or registration, addyour parking bay number and drop your keys in the automatic locker. It’s as simple as that.

You will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check in of your Mercedes-Benz andthe team will carry out your scheduled service.

You will receive a notification via your preferred contact method when your vehicle iscomplete. If payment is required, you will be notified. You can collect your vehicle via thekiosk, or if you prefer, you can speak to our Mercedes-Benz Service team.

Checking out via the kiosk? You’ll receive a security code to access your Mercedes-Benzkeys from the kiosk locker. Enter your details, grab your keys and you will find your Mercedes-Benz in a designated parking bay.
